What is the cost of the tour?
The tour costs $67 USD per person.
How long does the tour last?
We hop for about 5hrs.
What does the tour include?
The tour includes a free shot at every bar, a free t-shirt and lots of fun with my knowledgeable Hop Hosts!
How much is the deposit to secure my seat?
The deposit is $27USD, with the balance to be paid in cash at the start of the tour.
Do I need to have a PAYPAL account to pay the deposit?
You do not need PayPal account in order to pay the deposit, although they make it seem like you do. You can just pay with your credit card.
What is the refund policy?
We can refund the deposit in full with a written request by email, with at least 72 hours notice. Within 72-24 hours, a 50% refund will be given.
No refunds will be given if you cancel within 24 hours or for no shows. Full refunds will be given in the event that your cruise ship does not make port, of if WE cancel the tour due to mechanical failure, dangerous weather conditions etc.
What is the minimum amount of passengers needed to run a tour?
We need a minimum of 10 people in order to run the tour.
Where do we hop?
We hop exclusively on the East Side, where the scenery is beautiful, and the prices are much cheaper than the touristy west side!
What do I need to bring?
Please bring sunscreen, a camara, cash to pay the balance due and for drinks, food, gratuities etc. The east side of the island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit cannot run credit cards. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH CASH!
Is US cash accepted?
Yes, USD and Mexican pesos are accepted throughout the island.
Is the water and ice purified?
The bars we visit, and all of Cozumel´s restaurants, use purified water and ice. Nobody wants to make their customers sick.... bad for business!
How much is a one-way taxi ride from the 2 southern piers, Puerta Maya and International SSA?
The cab ride from the two Southern cruise ship piers takes only about 7 minutes, and will cost $8USD total, for 1-4 passengers. Verify the fare BEFORE you get in the cab!
Can I use my credit card?
The east side of the Island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit there do not accept credit cards. Please bring enough cash!
